1Do I need prior experience in IT or coding?
No. The program is built for beginners and career changers. We start with the fundamentals and build up to scripting and custom development step by step.
2What is the class schedule like?
Classes run on Sundays from 11 AM to 12 PM EST, with weekly labs you complete on your own time. All classes are live online. You can keep your current job.
3What will I actually learn?
ServiceNow administration including UI, data model, users and roles, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Virtual Agent, CMDB, update sets, and Platform Analytics, plus development including Glide APIs, client and server scripting, Script Includes, custom applications, ACLs, and integration. You build everything on a real ServiceNow instance.
4What certifications does this prepare me for?
The ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Exam prep is built into the curriculum. Exam fees are sold separately.
